StarSea Pearls acknowledges that certain circumstances beyond our control may impact shipping timelines, such as Acts of God, Governmental restrictions, and carrier failures. Please review the following policies for a comprehensive understanding of our shipping procedures:
Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within twelve business hours from payment clearance. Additional fees apply to orders requiring expedited service.
Weather-Related Delays: The specified time frame may not apply in instances where the destination area is affected by severe weather conditions that can potentially hinder timely delivery.
Address Changes: Address changes are accepted only if requested in writing within 12 hours from the time the order was placed.
Delivery Confirmation: StarSea Pearls bears no responsibility for shipments after they have been reported delivered by the courier.

StarSea Pearls employs a robust tracking system for our shipped products, enabling you to monitor the delivery of your purchase up to your doorstep. Upon shipment, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Simply click on the link in the email to access the latest shipping updates.
In case you encounter difficulties receiving our emails, you can log into your account and view your order details, where tracking information will also be available.
Undeliverable Shipments: If a courier is unable to deliver the order due to reasons such as an incorrect address provided by the customer, customer refusal to accept the shipment, or unsuccessful delivery attempts with customer unavailability, the items will be returned to StarSea Pearls. In such cases, the customer will be billed as follows:
- Shipping charges for the order, using our standard shipping rates.
- A handling fee of $10 per undeliverable shipment.
A refund will be processed to the customer's account once the undeliverable order is received and processed by us.
