Refund Policy for StarSea Pearls
30-Day Change of Mind Return Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from StarSea Pearls. If you change your mind within 30 days of receiving your item, you are eligible for a return. To qualify, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@starseapearls.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and take appropriate action to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Due to the unique nature of pearls, which vary in size and color, slight variations are expected in each item. As such, we cannot accept returns based on these natural differences. We also cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards. For other specific item concerns, please contact us.
Exchanges: To expedite the exchange process, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
